Support Consultant

Role

Our client is a leading IT company in the area of design, implementation and support of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, which are used to fulfill analytical requirements of e.g. controlling, forecasting, planning or procurement management. Our client has strong position in DACH region and growing business in several other European countries. We are searching for Support Consultant, who will be member of a Prague team, however the job is mainly performed from home office. Among the responsibilities will be:

Supporting Implemented / developed solutions in SAP Analytic Cloud or SAP Cloud Platform
Participation on workshops with clients
Troubleshooting and resolution of the issues
Documentation of implemented solutions
Other project-related tasks

Required Skills and Experience

A minimum of at least 2 years of work experience
Experience in agile working methodology is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn
Willingness to travel
Advanced English - spoken and written, all meetings, conversations, documentation is in English

Nice to have (but not essential)

Knowledge of some of the following tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP HANA, Tableau, MS-Power BI
Basic understanding of data modeling
Programming skills – JavaScript, Vanilla JS, ABAP
