Supply Chain Process Manager

Role

Our client is an international IT company in Prague, which provides payment solutions to clients across Europe. Supply Chain Management is responsible for delivery and repair services, i.e. forward and reverse logistics, order management, staging and keyloading or repair and refurbishment of mobile payment devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for front-end systems and processes setup of new projects within supply chain. This includes setup of field and helpdesk services, IT tools and business processes between customers and company. Successful candidates in this role may also contribute to other strategic SCM projects that are focused on technical or business process related topics.

Job details:

  • Manage orders and logistics for an assigned customer account(s)
  • Manage and continuously improve performance of outsourced service partners fulfilling the services
  • Lead or participate in setting up new customer accounts and related to processes
  • Contribute to RFI / RFP / RFQ processes with supply chain inputs
  • Drive and continuously improve relevant business processes both internally and externally
  • Lead or participate in SCM related projects
  • Manage relevant communication with customers and all stakeholders
  • Represent SCM in customer and external meetings
  • Travelling within EU expected 5-10% of the time.
