Supply Chain Hardware Manager

Role

Our client is an international IT company, which provides cashless payment solutions to clients round the globe. Its Supply Chain Management is single point of contact for hardware introduction, hardware delivery and repair services. We are searching for Supply Chain Hardware Manager with responsibility for introduction of new payment devices into SCM processes and operations, setting up relevant technical or logistics processes and relationships with hardware vendors, or sustaining engineering support of products throughout their entire lifecycle.

Job details:

Manage new payment devices introduction into SCM
Establish relationships and communication with vendors
Ensure required certifications and regulations are met
Develop key loading, staging, repair or other logistics-related processes strategy
Develop and maintain new hardware introduction process
Own the relationship with hardware vendors from technical perspective
Work closely with and support internal product and development teams by contributing to hardware roadmap or managing technical / development escalations
Work closely with internal customer-facing teams to manage customer escalations, new requirements or technical product changes
Contribute to RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
Represent SCM in customer and external meetings
Travelling within EU expected 5-10% of the time.

Profile

Min. 5 years of professional experience in hardware supply chain or simmilar
Experience in introducing new products into operation in supply chain
Experience with technical communication and negotiation with vendors
Experience with certifications and other go-to market related requirements
Awareness of payment hardware market situation and trends is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Structured, project management based approach
Flexible, adaptable and self-starter type of personality
English language level C1 and above.
