Senior Software Tester

Role

Our client is an international IT company, which delivers cashless payments solutions to clients round the globe. We are searching for a Senior Software Tester, who will work on new and existing software products and solutions to assure its compatibility and bug free output. Successful candidate will:

Analyse documented requirements

Create manual and/or automated test scenarious for verification of functions related to payment terminal / EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) / POS (Point of Sale) / ECR (Electronic Cash Register)

Analyse actual results against expected ones and document defects

Report test results using variety of tools and methods

Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats

Contribute to task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules

Perform installation and configuration of setups to support testing

Provide thorough and on-going evaluation of testing tools and assist with their design and implementation.

Profile

Experience in software testing for at least 3 years

Capable to go through software specification and test it (analyse software, design, run and evaluate the tests)

Experience from the Payment industry (MSR, ICC, Cless/Proximity payment cards and/or card acceptance devices EFT/POS/mPOS ) would be an advantage

Ability to provide time estimates and keep deadlines

Excellent prioritization and time management/multi-tasking skills

Ability to communicate effectively with developers, product managers, project managers and other involved parties

Advanced English.
