Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer, who will be reporting to the General Manager. The position will be located in Prague, nevertheless will require intensive traveling across the region.

• Preparing and giving product demonstrations
• Preparing and giving technology and product architecture presentations
• Delivery of on-gong feedback to product development/management based on prospect or customer interaction, product issues, field deployments and generally observed market trends
• Responding to prospect and discussing product enhancements
• Continuous improvement and refinement of pre-sales processes and best practice strategies
• Oversee customer implementations, and integration. Become main point of contact for clients technical issues.

Profile

In respect of the candidate profile:

• Fluently spoken and written English
• A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar; Master or equivalent work experience is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience on simmilar positon in technical customer support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; proactive and customer oriented
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple support assignments and projects
• Advanced C# / .Net, PHP, OO Perl knowledge to be able to handle simple programming tasks
• Advanced MS Office user.
