Reporting Specialist
Role
Our client is an international IT company in Prague. IT Reporting Specialist will be responsible to:
- Technical Support and Development of the Service Reporting Environment
- Incident, Problem and Change Management for the Service Reporting Environment
- Support of cliet Reporting Key User Community
- Technical Conception based on functional requirements delivered by HQ
- Implementation of internal and customer reporting
- Maintenance and Administration of existing Data Warehouse Applications
- Documentation and Quality assurance based on MKS Source Control.
Profile
- 2+ years of experiences in one of the following fields: Reporting, BI, Data Warehouse, Data Analysis
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
- Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer (or other reporting tool)
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with analysis and meanings of Service Business KPI
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects tools (Information Design tool, Web Intelligence, Dashboards) welcomed
- Analytic, process orientated thinking
- Ability to work in global and international teams
- Fluent English.
