Integration Manager
Role
Our client is an international IT company, which provides cashless payment solutions to clients round the globe. We are searching for an Integration Manager, who will coordinate integrations with integrators in Europe.
Job details:
- Communicate (acts as single point of contact - SPOC) with integrators to identify what are the specific needs of customer(s)
- Defines integration scenarios, prepares and loads SW configuration into HW devices
- Assists integrators with troubleshooting issues and coordinates whole end-to-end integration process
- Cooperates with development team to solve integrators issues
- Creates and maintains EFTPOS integration documentation (protocol specification, install guides, integration FAQ, etc.)
- Maintains list of integrators, SW version used, configurations, etc.
Profile
- Very good problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive work and ability to self-management is a must
- Knowledge of some of tools like JIRA and Confluence would be an advantage
- Experience from the payment industry would be an advantage
- English language atl least on intermediate level.
