Incident manager
Role
Our client is one of the leading providers of IT solutions and services, with long-term presence and well established business in the Czech Republic as well as in Europe. Incident Manager will work in Global Strategic Delivery Centre, ensuring, that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all incidents:
- Taking care of IT services delivery to customers all over the world
- Helping to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to customers business operations
- Building a new virtual team of Incident Managers
- Produces management information for executives and customers, including KPIs and reports/trend analysis
- Works on monitoring of the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
- Improvement and innovation activities towards ITSM processes improvements
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction based on surveys.
Profile
- 3+ years experience working in an Incident Management role and driving process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of ITIL is expected
- Knowledge of IT-Infrastructure designs and solutions
- Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, be able to provide results on time
- Self-driven to achieve goals independently as well as work as team player
- Advanced English.
