ERP Support Engineer

Role

Our client is one of the world's leading providers of IT solutions and services for banking and retail sectors. It has long-term presence and well established business in the Czech Republic as well as round the globe. ERP Support Engineer will work in a team, which provides support and implements new services to customers in the Czech Republic.

Successful candidate will be responsible to:

Provide support to customers
Implement new services in coordination with project managers
Participate in service transition management
Participate in change and release management
Maintain solutions documentation.

Profile

General overview of the database systems
Knowledge of MS SQL and/or SQL language
Good communication skills
Reliable and precise
Intermediate English.
