Compliance / Audit manager

Role

Our client is well established international IT company, which delivers e-commerce hardware and software solutions to clients round the globe. It manufactures and delivers the products in line with ISO and other quality standards, which are defined by client and respective country legal environment (usually within EU). We are searching for Complianece / Audit Manager, who will be responsible to define procedures and processes to assure, that above mentioned quality requirements are met.

Successful candidate will be responsible:

  • To ensure (QMS) Quality Management System processes are established, implemented and maintained
  • To plan and scope audit assignments, defining review deadlines, and ensuring comprehensive and appropriate terms of reference is set for each review
  • To ensure that the creation, management and maintenance of quality and standards throughout all the vertical structure of the organization
  • To ensure that standards, regulations and procedures are implemented and adhere to across the organization and by 3rd party suppliers
  • To report on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed
  • To ensure that the quality of software is maintained at a standard where TQM and ISO certification is obtained and maintained
  • To proactively identify risks and recommend solutions
  • To ensure that everyone in the organization is aware of customer requirements
  • To ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained
  • To ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner
  • To assist in the preparation of tender by providing management system related documents
  • To conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
  • To prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents
  • To maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards
  • To participate in sales campaigns, particularly leading the demonstration of our ISO and TQM credentials and capability to potential clients
  • To encourage a company-wide "Quality Culture" where quality is viewed as everyone´s responsibility
  • To participate in the appropriate forums and events in order to maintain awareness and to raise the profile of the company.
