• Investigate and analyse problematic situations in the payment systems, focusing on the applications of payment terminals
• Address all functional issues and report any discovered software related issues
• Analyze technical performance of the systems
• Identify opportunities for technology-related improvement
• Communicate analyze results and findings with internal operations & development teams and with customers technical teams.

Profile

• Experience in analyze of IT systems logs and source code
• Experience in production application support and maintenance, hands on experience in finding root cause and resolving production issues
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle phases - planning, creating, testing, and deploying an information system
• Experience in researching and resolving client issues, communication skills
• Advanced English.
